About the role

In this role you will create and deliver a clear multi-channel external communications strategy that enhances our reputation amongst key audiences and influencers. . You will oversee our brand awareness, develop and implement PR and media plans and the production of associated materials (for press releases, social media and the like) whilst measuring success and managing brand guidelines across the business to ensure consistency.

In essence, you will be the guardian of the Arval brand in the UK and importantly will work with Corporate Centre in Paris on any brand or communication projects.

About you

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate a background in strategic communications, PR or brand. A naturally strong and confident communicator, you will be at ease dealing with senior colleagues and have experience of working in a diverse company with international colleagues and so understand the challenges this can provide. We will want you to explain how you have previously articulated and gained by-in through utilising your influencing skills. It is also important that you can illustrate a proven track record of putting customer insight at the heart of past work and how you have taken ownership for the results and have set measures for success. We want someone who is open-minded with a curious mind and can bring ideas from the outside to be built in to plans here.

A background in leasing, automotive or financial services would be advantageous but strong candidates from other industry sectors might also be considered.
