Business Overview of Equipment & Logistics Business Unit

The Business Unit is specialized in professional rolling equipment: farming machinery, construction and public works equipment, materials handling equipment, light commercial and commercial vehicles.

Primary Responsibilities

The resource, as a Key Account Manager:

•   Examine the business model of the Joint Venture and in collaboration with the managing director develop a clear and succinct medium-term strategy

•   Employ a strategic leadership style to develop partnerships and promote sales growth with the dealer community.

•   Act as a daily connection point for Partner management

•   Ensure that the reporting packs and monthly KPIs are reviewed and monitored with appropriate stakeholders

•   Renew and sell the value proposition of the Joint Venture to all interested parties, in particular to the main retailers

•   Develop the positive perception of the link between Wholesale and Retail financing

•   Continue to grow and build the success of the Joint Venture

•   Differentiate joint venture solutions from more traditional financial products

•   To define, in collaboration with the Partner, promotional campaigns, products, marketing tools and services for the dealer network and their customers;

•   Ensure the governance of retail finance campaigns and develop the tactical use of financial subsidies

•   Manage both tactical and strategic issues with the BPLG Partner

•   Manage and coordinate with all the Credit and Back-office functions to achieve the right levels of service towards customers and dealers

•   Ensure Compliance and Ethics adoption inside the JV according with BNPP Group guidelines


What we expect from you

-       Education: Master degree in Economics

-       Behavioral & soft skills: Dynamism, responsiveness and ability to anticipate the needs of the market; Strong customer orientation, in order to anticipate its needs; Stress management

-       Technical skills: Fluent English (written and spoken); good knowledge of Office tools; Knowledge of the Equipment and Logistics sector (construction and agriculture in particular); Possible experience in the management of framework agreements and relations with vendors and dealers in view of Key Account management; Ability in direct relationship with external interlocutors (vendors and partners) and internal functions

We offer a permanent contract, according to the credit sector collective agreement
