Responsibilities:
Follows up the Know your Client (KYC) process of all the clients;
Supports Relationship Management (RM) by taking part in the KYC process
during on-boarding of a new client and KYC recertifications;
Works proactively with RM by following up the next review dates for
recertifications;
Reviews and controls the forms and the files related to the KYC;
Control all checks have been performed against sanction (Factiva) and PEP
lists;
Check the correctness of the received files and filled GOF by RM;
Perform the first level of controls as OPC
Create the Risk Matrix of the location
Act as GDPR SpoC and performing the controls.
Manage the SLAs with the counterparties.
Represent the location on different Function projects
Requirements:
Diploma in finance or economics with 5+ year experience
and detailed knowledge of the Hungarian securities market;
Enjoy working individually and in teams in a
multitasking position;
Awareness and management of operational and
relationship management risk aspects;
Strong team member with excellent organizational
skills;
Capability to work under pressure without decrease of
quality;
Strong Hungarian and English language knowledge
(fluent);
