The CAO functions caters to wide range of organization level services like Real estate management, transport, cafeteria management, domestic & international travel, procurement of IT and non IT assets, facilitation of transitions to ISPL and intragroup contracts management, Process & Efficiency transformation projects, Invoicing, Financial & Accounting control, Annual forecast & budgets, Budget control & timesheet management

Position Purpose

Provide support to the ISPL CAO Business Manager for Business Management & Chennai site Governance



 

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

 

1.     Run strategic projects & initiatives for the ISPL CAO

2.     Information collection, analysis, visualization & conceptualisation of ideas while the running the transformation projects

3.     Coordinate with multiple stakeholders within CAO functions to produce CAO dashboard

4.     Reengineer the CAO dashboard for automation and continuous improvement  with sustainable production

5.     Design, produce & track the KPIs for the CAO functions

6.     Production of Management Reports and Presentations

7.     Keep track of all the BAU and critical activities & ensure compliance by the respective CAO Function Head

8.     Company Secretary for the CAO’s governance meetings and Chennai site governance. 

9.     Budgets preparation, monitoring and controls for the CAO

10.  Maintain the SharePoint site of CAO

2.     Helping CAO Function Heads on transversal initiatives or actions (e.g mandatory training, block leave etc)
