Access & Asset Management Administrator is responsible for the operational support of entity’s IT Service Management.
There are a lot of space in improving IT Asset Management and user system access management administrative work for IT Service Delivery Department.
Especially there is an Internal Audit recommendation in Access Management area to close by this October.
A new position will be opened to remediate and improve current administrate process and streamline for the Access and Asset Management works.
Daily Review of System Access Permission Request
Handle System Access Permission issue
Inventory Review Submission
Security Patch Management
Hard Skills (professional competencies)
Experience of IT Support
Knowledge of Windows Server including Active Directory
ITIL Foundation certification
Knowledge of MS Access, SQL Server
Soft Skills (core competencies)
- The person must be interested in Helpdesk work and be keen on supporting and working with Level 1 team
- The person has to have high interpersonal skills, which get along with the teammates and motivate the team
