    Inspection Générale Hub Poland is an independent unit, pursuing objectivity and impartiality in its actions. Its activity consists in an internal audit understood as periodic and orderly assessment of internal control, risk management and corporate governance processes to verify their correctness and efficiency. 

    

   In its activities, the Inspection Générale Hub Poland supports the BNP Paribas Securities Services (BPSS or company) in reaching goals set by its shareholders. Having analysed and assessed the effectiveness of processes mentioned above, the Inspection Générale Hub Poland recommends solutions to optimize them.

 

The aim of the all Inspection Générale Hub Poland actions is to cover all activity areas of the company and its subsidiaries in an audit cycle depending on estimated risk in particular area. The scope of the Inspection Générale Hub Poland operation also includes activities outsourced to other entities and joint undertakings performed with other entities

Auditor

    

Responsibilities:

   

  • Execution of audits covering the entire company, as well as auditing activities entrusted to other external entities (i.e. outsourcing);

  • Participates in the preparation of audit plans / procedures, including the selection of methods and audit techniques;

  • Participates in the preparation of audit documentation in accordance with the adopted standards;

  • Works in working teams created to perform specific audit assignments;

  • Participates in the assessment of corporate governance, risk management and the quality of the internal control system in accordance with the principles of the Group Audit methodology;

  • Co-creates audit reports, informs about the findings and recommend actions to support the achievement of the goals;

  • Documents audit work in information systems supporting the Audit operations;

  • Apprises the implementation of issued recommendations and gives a proposal on their closure;

  • Secures, archives and manages acquired and processed documentation after the audit;

  • Conducts investigations and analyses of operational incidents;

  • Participates in audits and projects carried out in cooperation with auditors of the BNP Paribas Group;

  • In the case of appointment for the role of Head of Assignment (HoA), organizes and supervises the work of the audit team and assess the correctness of the tasks performed by members of the team;

  • Participates in periodic risk assessment of particular areas of the company as a part of the risk analysis process for the purpose of creating an annual audit plan;

  • Contributes to the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) (e.g. working time qualified as an audit assignment, audit plan execution);

  • Cares to broaden knowledge of the company and general knowledge


 Requirements:

 
  • At least 2 years of experience in banking / financial sector or 1 year of experience in audit / control

  • University degree

  • Fluent working knowledge of English

  • Independence in the performance of entrusted tasks;

  • Ability to work effectively as a team player

  • Ability to active listening and persuasion

  • Numerate and analytical skills

  • Ability to synthetically formulate conclusions

  • Excellent organisational & communication skills

  • Stress resistance and ability to work under deadlines

  • Commitment and creativity in action

  • Orientation for external and internal customer

  • Knowledge of legal acts related to the financial / banking sector; knowledge of IT systems used in BNP Paribas Securities Services (will be considered as a strong asset)
