Position Purpose
The team is seeking a trading assistant to help the trading staff in the collateral transformation process.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Job would be to assist in various aspects of collateral transformation
- Identify bond borrow needs
- Identify and initiate bond borrow returns
- Assist in identify excess collateral and deployment of that collateral in secured financing transactions.
Contributing Responsibilities
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Associate Degree in business, finance or economics preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, show initiative to engage with teams spread across regions.
- Attention to detail, ability to raise problems immediately to the broader team when necessary
- Experience in programming and analytical tools would be beneficial.
