Position Purpose
Product Development Group is primarily responsible for product enhancements, re-engineer the existing business processes and resolve clients reporting issues. Activities include: Activities include:

Direct Responsibilities
1. Coordination for reporting enhancements/new reports, work closely with IT for new development and enhance the workflow.
2. Provide tactical solutions to existing manual process
3. Provide strategic solutions based on changing business requirements
4. Review analytical tools that would be of relevance to the business, UAT testing of new Applications / enhancements, documenting changes and gaps identified
5. Work with relevant stake holder for client demos
Contributing Responsibilities
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
· Post Graduate/Graduate degree in finance or engineering
· 4 - 10 years of exposure to the finance industry, a basic understanding of hedge fund industry and the operational aspects of equity markets. Prior experience in Prime Brokerage industry and Product Development / Business Analyst role is plus
· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), comfortable working and communicating with various groups including sales, trading, technology, operations, legal and client management.
· Proficient in the use of Excel, Word and Power Point.
