Summary of Role

To contribute to a positive and motivational office environment, creating opportunities and fulfilling office targets and person KPI’s  

Responsible for:

  • Assist the Head of office in fulfilling the sales business plan
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date data on REAPIT
  • Maintaining service levels and upholding the company’s values
  • Sales activity being compliant with industry regulation and business T&Cs

Tasks:

  • Taking part in daily team meetings and diary management including protected time sessions
  • Daily Applicant/Client/Purchaser liaison
  • Accompany viewings with prospective buyers
  • Register enquiries and arranging appointments
  • Generate a targeted number of viewings per week
  • Register new applicants
  • Sales Negotiating
  • Sales Progression
  • Creating and conducting market appraisals and looking after vendors to actively promote their properties using our services
  • Develop relationships and work closely with clients through meetings to secure future instructions/business

KPIs:

  • Working diligently towards the office targets by achieving/exceeding personal targets in exchanges and income, number of viewings, M/A’s, Listings and price reductions
