Position Purpose


We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our growing organization. In this position, you will handle all client reporting operations within the fund accounting department, verify  accuracy of reports and calculation process and component  of net asset value of the funds administered by BNP Paribas. You must have a keen attention to detail and maintain account balances, financial statements, general ledger, and all reports.




Primary Responsibilities

  • The key function of the Inputter is to input invoice on a daily basis with high level of accuracy
  • Understanding and adhering to respective cut-off times within various applications and activities within the team
  • Investigate and clear Reconciliation breaks on a daily basis and escalate breaks to Validator wherever necessary
  • Should perform EOD / BOD activities
  • Should work towards achieving the agreed KPI for the team
  • Answering queries via email, Telephone
  • Should ensure no emails, instructions are left pending without auctioning
  • Completing the Instruction checklist to ensure all the task are effectively performed
  • Prioritization of various instructions received in order to meet the cut-off

 Knowledge and skills required

  • Thorough understanding of all Capital market, Financial Instruments, Investment baking processes and above average accounting skills  
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment, solid organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, prioritizes multiple tasks and meets strict deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and strong MS Excel skills required.
