Position Purpose

The AVP – Trade management APAC will report hierarchically and functionally to the Head of Trade management - Chennai. The Trade management - APAC perimeter includes all the operations performed in Chennai and Mumbai.

Ø  Operations Management - responsible for the coordination and contribution to a range of operational activities in Middle Office

Ø  Leads and provides operational support, which may involve BAU management/ KPI monitoring /risk and control/people management/project management/stakeholder management, etc.  

Ø  Works closely with internal management team of Middle Office / dual locations/spoke locations/and other internal/external stakeholders.

Ø  Manage Operations – BAU/projects/Changes/People

Ø  Manages new projects and initiatives aimed at improvement of operational efficiency and team performance

Ø  Work towards accomplishment of operational milestones by being risk and control focussed

Ø  Coordinate and support the operations team for innovative thinking at work space and gaining efficiencies

Ø

13-15 years of Operations experience – of which 5-6 years in management role
