Assistant Relationship Manager
The main purpose of this role is to assist Relationship Managers in developing and managing the relationships with Multi-national corporates and Asian Multinational corporates in the South of Vietnam.
Assist RM toward their KYC responsibilities essentially gathering information and documents for the process consolidate client information and documentation to be handed over to CLM for account opening.
Assist the RM on facility documents negotiation, including obtaining relevant internal approvals and timely communicating with clients.
Assist the RMs from time to time on marketing (including client meetings), projects, credit related activities (running credit rating, RAROC/CEVA, RWA, RoRWA deal simulations, annual review) or other assignments that are assigned by RMs.
Assist RMs to timely lodge client calling plan, meeting reports (within 1 week since client meetings) and deal pipeline on Client Ist in a timely manner.
Assist RM to update and circulate CTCM Pipeline Report for purpose of weekly Pipeline call.
Update RM prospect lists (client allocation by RM) and assist to identify GRM/Pilot of the prospect client group, perform initial due diligence on the Group and their other existing relationships within BNPP Group.
Conduct prospect client/industry/market research to be used by RMs for marketing activities.
Assist Corporate Banking team in the matter of but not exclusive to backup of other ARMs being on leave, corporate presentations, corporate events, corporate visitors and else to be assigned from time to time
Smooth coordination & good working relationship with clients, product lines, risk function and other business units.

Degree holder in Banking, Finance or equivalent. Experience as ARM at international banks is preferred.
