Position Purpose

-  The candidate would be handling the MIS on regular basis. He will be responsible for interacting with Line Managers and the clients of BNP Paribas Group and needs to provide data quality for MI

  • The Assistant Manager will be managing the MIS needs & preparing Packs for the management as well as clients on a defined frequency
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous process improvement is a key driver and prior exposure to Lean and Six Sigma is welcome.
  • Prior exposure in working with huge sets of data , Analysing & producing reports is welcome
  • Candidates with a strong inclination towards numbers, Excel spread sheets, formulae, queries and other basic software applications
  • He should be able to articulate himself well and communicate well across all levels in the organization.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Required to interact with multiple internal/external stakeholders on a daily /weekly / monthly basis
  • Required to generate, maintain, consolidate and track various reports
  • Ability to run queries and cull out specific reports from various systems
  • Coordinating and managing all Database Responsibilities
  • Required to suggest process improvements/efficiencies for the sub-process or for the entire process
  • Ability to work/stretch long hours during critical assignments
  • Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner
  • Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance
  • Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency

 

Primary Working Relationships

  • The Candidate will report to the Manager of the process.
  • The position interacts with other Process Associates, Mid Office Staff, Relationship Managers and Clients.
  • The position interacts with International Team Members of BNP Group.

 

Contributing Responsibilities

-  Working together with Lisbon, Mumbai & Chennai to collate information & produce reports based on analysis

  • Good analytical skills
  • Well-organized, highly efficient, keen eye for detail

  • Working knowledge and innovative skills in VBA Excel could be an additional advantage
