1.    Contribute to the 1st line of Defense (LoD1) framework for managing Finance Permanent Controls
i.    Support managers (RCSA owner) in (a) identifying their respective process and associated risks: (b) ensuring accurate controls are designed and implemented with the validation from relevant management and (c) ensuring risky processes are supported with relevant procedures
ii.    Manages the potential and historical incidents – collect, report in Group database, analyse, follow-up and perform controls on the incident collection process.
iii.    Follow up of the findings and recommendations closure including IG and external auditor recommendations involving APAC Finance.
iv.    Perform L1c controls for Tax and Transversal finance activities (procurement, outsourcing and CDO)
v.    Coordinates the implementation of operational controls, analysis of controls results and formalization of analyses.

2.    Promote and identify training need for APAC Finance
i.    Identify training needs to support change in particular in relation with structuring projects and Digital transformation.
ii.    Coordinate with HR to deliver the Finance need.
iii.    Assisting to arrange the various training, follow up the feedback.
iv.    Monitoring the progress and attendance of APAC Finance.

3.    Maintenance and Follow up of Finance Service Contract 
i.    Ensure the Finance Service Contracts Database is comprehensive and updated in timely manner
ii.    Monitor the invoicing process, ensure the recharge and cost allocation keys are reasonable and aligned to the organization setup.

•    Self-organized with strong ability to anticipate, plan and prioritize issues•    

Qualifications and Experience :
•    Degree holder on Finance / Accounting
•    Experience in Finance function in Financial Institutions
•    Fluent in English and Chinese
