Role Description and purpose

To coordinate the accounting productions, supervising cash management and payments/collections processes, and in charge for Finance and Accounting Reporting.

key responsibilities

• Managing and co-ordinate the accounting productions to deliver internal and external reporting requirements.
• Review statutory reporting, tax calculation and others report.
• Prepare necessary financial/management reporting for the company.
• Supervise cash management & payments/collections processes.
• Prepare unaudited financial statements of the Company and liaise with the external auditors to ensure smooth completion of the audit.
• Suggest and develop control procedures/processes to improve efficiency in finance and accounting matters.
• Supporting on a variety of tasks and projects such as financial forecasting and budgets, financial and profitability analysis, system enhancements, internal control testing, etc.  

  Key Internal / External Relationships

• Internal: All internal departments and all BNP Paribas entities having financial transactions with AM Indonesia.
• External: Company’s auditors, Tax Office, Tax Auditors, Tax Consultants, Clients, Vendors, Counterparty Banks.

Role Requirements

Essential qualifications & experience

• Bachelor degree, majored in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Accounting and Finance, with audit background is an advantage.
• Good Taxation skills, with tax brevet certification is an advantage.
• Advance computer software skills, including Excel, Power Point.
• Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast paced environment.
• Committed, enthusiastic, proactive, systematic in work & embraces teamwork.
• Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both speaking and writing.
