Position Purpose


APAC Transformation Team supports and facilitates global & regional transformation projects and business improvement projects with Corporate & Institutional, Wealth Management, Securities, Insurance and Asset Management businesses and Functions e.g. HR, RISK, Finance etc. Such transformation projects include but are not limited to Project Management / Smart PMO, Process Improvement, Organization Consulting and digital transformation projects. The core objectives of our mission are:

  • Support business / organizational/ operational improvement projects to achieve efficiency
  • Support the execution of implementation phases of projects ensuring profound change management on front to back processes and teams
  • Deliver time-boxed business improvement projects to address specific business problem statements
  • Improve our external and/or internal customer satisfaction
  • Develop and deploy best practices



Direct Responsibilities

  • Support business / organizational / operational improvement projects as Project Manager / Smart PMO under the guidance of a Transformation Leader
  • Derive viable solutions through deep-dive analysis, problem solving, process/organization re-engineering
  • Support the execution phases of projects with Business Lines & Functions to secure end-to-end implementation

-  Manage or contribute to implementation of strategic initiatives (global, regional, country specific) under the guidance of a Transformation Leader

  • Facilitate the presentation of findings, pain points and design solutions and project status to Senior Management, Sponsors / Business, ITO & Functions’ Stakeholders

Contributing Responsibilities

  • Contribution to BNPP operational permanent control and risk framework
  • Contribution and adherence to conduct and diversity & inclusion principles

Technical and Behavioral Competencies required

3-6 years of relevant experience in Business Project Management, Transformation Programs and Process & Organization Consulting/re-engineering with businesses in BFSI

Experience in leading transversal business projects and/or transformation programs involving Front Office, Business Management, Risk, Legal, Compliance through to middle office and back office

Experience in leading Organization Consulting and Target Operating Model (Offshoring / Nearshoring / Smart-sourcing) projects

Candidates with knowledge of Corporate Banking and/or Global Market and/or Wealth Management and/or Securities/Asset Management and/or Insurance products and processes

Candidates with experience in management consulting will be considered

▪Focus on client satisfaction and impactful delivery of quality outputs to meet client expectations

▪Travel in APAC countries may be required

-  Project Management Professional (PMP, Prince2)

-  Lean Six Sigma Belt  - Green, Black, or Master - Desirable
