Central Europe Technologies is looking for an Analyst Collection System.

The Analyst Collection System shall have the following base skill and experience profile, in order to grant the effectiveness of the operations:

Key Responsibilities:

-Creating and/or updating of the Collection Decision Systems documentation for the usage of the Heads of Collection;
-Sharing of best practice for bigger projects: collection scores implementation, champion-challenger strategies;
-Maintaining the control of the alignment between the collection Decision Systems and the local and group Collection -procedures and directives;
-Offering support to the teams in charge with the direct administration of the Decision Systems for Collection (local or within the Hub in Romania).

Your Profile:

-Mathematics/Statistics/IT bachelor's degree or higher education /studies;
-2 years’ experience as Business Analyst or similar capacity;
-Fluent English practice (written and spoken), French is an advantage;
-Logical thinking, good analytical skills;
-Excellent communication skills and ability to deal effectively with diverse technical and cultural backgrounds;
-Capacity to follow an algorithm/logical schema, with knowledge of a programming language as an advantage;
-Knowledge of consumer credit products is an advantage;
-Curiosity and desire to learn, team spirit, adaptability.
