CIB in Switzerland includes the following activities: Energy & Commodity Financing, Global Markets, Corporate Banking, and Coverage.

To reinforce our Cash Customer Service Team immediately in Zurich, Switzerland, we are looking for an:

Analyst Cash Customer Service –

1 year fixed-term contract  

Mission    

  • To turn our Clients into our Ambassadors

  • Providing a top-notch day-to-day support to our Multinational Clients that have implemented Cash Management solutions with BNP Paribas in EMEA and worldwide. Cash Management includes the entire value proposition from the payments/collections process, to connectivity and liquidity management solutions.

  • Being the single point of contact for our clients’ Treasury departments and Shared Service Centres

  • Being involved internally in helping to improve the value added of the service provided 

Main Activities 

  • Reactivity: Being responsible for a client’s portfolio, which implies daily interactions by phone and e-mail

  • Familiarize yourself with the clients’ specificities a set-up which enables you to get a sound understanding of their potential issues

  • Provide specific and tailor-made solutions to client queries and issues in Cash Management that covers, among others, e-banking, treasury centralisation, the monitoring of important transfers, compliance issues, etc.

  • Proactivity: Proactively managing incidents and clients’ requests

  • Analyse the customer’s issues and propose improvements within BNPP in order to help enhance the customer’s experience

  • Keep your portfolio updated regularly with all available data

  • Follow up with department’s procedures and detect areas for  improvement

  • Interactions with the internal stakeholders: Being part of Sales meetings with the client and your input will be valued

  • Possibility to develop a  good quality relationship with the Sales teams by  keeping them informed about any possibilities in developing the relationship with our existing customers

  • Being involved in improving the BNPP Cash Management offer through escalation of issues to your  Management and the BNPP Support teams

  • Contribute to the harmonious relationship with other BNPP entities worldwide: Back offices, Business centres, IT departments, Central support departments, etc.

 Required Skills 

  • Commercial education and/or University degree
  • Enthusiasm and appetite to discover the various aspects of International Cash Management

  • Ability to create long-lasting client relationships based on confidence and willingness to deal with a day-to-day client relationship (allocation of a client portfolio)

  • Logical and rigorous mind

  • Be able to succeed in solving problems, be reactive and take initiatives

  • Be very well organized and able to prioritize

  • Can listen and communicate easily

  • Agility and creativity

  • Ability to work under stress and tight deadlines

  • Ability and willingness to learn and share the knowledge

  • Fluent in English, German and/or French. Any other European language would be an asset.
