Group Finance Services (“GFS”) is responsible for compiling and processing accounting and financial information in order to ensure the publication of financial information and to provide Executive Management with the necessary information for the entire Group’s financial management. It is also responsible for the design, deployment and evolution of financial information systems.
Within GFS, the Finance Solutions and Services is responsible for evolutions and maintenance of Group financial systems.
FAST team works with end-users in the BNP Paribas Group Finance department and Entities Finance departments: Group Reporting and France Reporting teams, Accounting Control and Certification teams. The team is composed by tactical analysts/developers with confirmed level working for Group Finance department. These tactical solutions should be taken over Information Technology teams for strategic solutions.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As Application Management team leader, your responsibility is to:
Manage and coordinate a team responsible for Development of tactical solutions and Production Monitoring for those solutions
Monitor team activities (quality, job completeness and deadline)
Organize and plan the team works during the year and manage capacity planning
Ensure all necessary governance are in place, working and correctly documented
Produce activity KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) and dashboards
Report regularly to the Application Support Domain Manager
Collaborate with the Agile team based in Paris
Contribute to the Data Quality program by applying Quality & integrity criteria to his/her perimeter/scope of responsibility.
Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Engineering or Management;
Experience as a Team Leader;
Experience of development in Mainframe IBM Z/OS (Easytrieve, JCL, REXX, Cobol) and Windows (VBA, Access, VBS, JS, .NET);
Previous Banking experience is a plus;
IT Service Management training and/or certification is a plus (ITIL, ISO 20000, etc.);
Infrastructure experience is a plus;
Rigorous and organized;
Availability and customer orientation skills;
Pro-active attitude with ability to work in a fast changing and demanding environment;
At ease with multi-tasking, strong team spirit;
Strong analytical mind, problem solving, planning & organisation skills;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
Fluent in English (B2 Level, CECRL certificate);
Knowledge of French (minimum B1 Level, CEFRL certificate).
