  • Smart Access (SA) is a product designed to centralize instructions, reporting and reconciliation processes via a single interface. SA customers (mainly mid tier brokers) benefit from an increased purchasing power and optimized liquidity thanks to an advanced risk monitoring tool: Synthetic Var, which works by consolidating their activity cross-market, cross-activity.

    • The contact is permanent with:

      • Credit Risk Monitoring

      • Clearing and Settlement: Local Global Custody

      • Cash Department

      • Clients: mainly in case of Synthetic Var Alert, when a client has reached its exposure threshold

      • IT Clearsuite Support and Business Analyst Team

      • Client Support Services (CCS Products Management and Relationship Management)

Your Main Activities Are

  • Within Broker Dealer Services department, SA Account Manager is monitoring the good integration of client’s instructions and the correct feed to the depositary and custodian network and makes sure that the order book will be correctly updated. It’s the main contact for the client in case of Synthetic Var Alert, and is in direct relation with the Credit Risk Monitoring.

  • The main tasks of Smart Access Account Manager are:

    • Follow-up of instructions coming from our clients and from depositaries

      • monitor rejected instructions (analyse and regularisation)

      • monitor correct integration of messages received from depositaries (analyse and regularisation)

    • Contact the clients in case of Synthetic Var Alert - Stocks positions reconciliation (analyse and breaks correction)

    • Nostri cash reconciliation (analyse and breaks correction)

    • Securities Database Management

    • In association with Project Management Team, SA Account Manager will be involved in UAT as part of the new client’s on boarding and the development of the tool.
