About the role
In this exciting sales role you will be dealing with employees of our large corporate customers (B2B2E) as part of our busy corporate account team.
You will deal with all aspects of Arval’s regulated personal contract hire portfolio along with its associated ancillary support services, as well as providing up-to-date information and guidance around vehicle categories and models.
Your role is to grow your own personal contract hire portfolio, supporting your customers in the decision making process during the buying cycle with relevant product knowledge and appropriate advice as well as providing support during the vehicle’s life-cycle.
Your brief will be to discuss employee’s new vehicle needs, quickly understand what their priorities are to then ensure they receive the optimum solution to fit their circumstances. This could be price, service or availability related, or a mixture of all three.
In this exciting commercial role you will be wholly responsible for the quoting and follow up to order for your sales pipeline, ensuing the reputation of Arval is protected through adherence to regulatory best practice and providing a positive customer experience
Ultimately, people buy from people and you will make sure your customers secure their vehicles through you by building rapport and acting on your promises.
You will have set targets (individual) and will be rewarded through a monthly bonus scheme in addition to an annual accelerator.
Pay zone level A3
Relationships are what makes you tick and you will stop at nothing to ensure your customers are happy and your targets are achieved.
We are looking for a highly articulate individual who is able to build relationships quickly and then having ascertained customer requirements is able to come up with an attractive solution that fit’s the customer requirements and then close the sale. Your telephone manner will be exceptional along with your ability to work in a fast paced environment and ensure satisfied customers and our targets are achieved. You will also be able to work well in a team and clearly understand the importance of this for overall success. Previous experience in Financial Services Sales or Vehicle Sales would be advantageous but mostly it’s about drive and communication skills.
