Purpose of Role
Compliance SG is seeking an intern to assist on daily tasks (within PE/Licensing, Regulatory Office and Financial Security teams) as well as to work on various projects to enhance or streamline current processes. The intern will also assist Compliance Business Management team on certain activities and projects.
Responsibilities
Provide Support to various teams as follows:
- Rotate within the various Compliance teams ie Regulatory Office, Professional Ethics/Licensing and Financial Security to assist in the day-to-day tasks of the teams
- Assist Business Management team on transversal tasks, involving Finance and Headcount management, adhoc tasks coordination and reporting. In addition, the intern will work on projects involving SharePoint review and setting up of invoicing tracker.
- Undertake projects to identify potential process or procedures improvement opportunities and drive their implementation with the relevant stakeholders. This could involve interaction with various stakeholders, compilation of controls, assessing their requirements, and streamlining of processes for the Licencing team and review of the SEA LOU requirements.
