Objectives of the Position –
As a key supporting staff in the Human Resources function and specialized in learning and development, the job holder will contribute in creating added value for the employees through driving people strategies and major people development initiatives, promoting open and honest communication and engagement culture, thus offering positive experience to internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities –
- Support in internal training program arrangements, involved in all program preparation, logistics and on-site support
- Take charge in the external training program / seminars enrollment, responsible for all payments processing and training statistics
- Assist in the Talent Management Process by developing the talent profiles and supporting the annual talent review meeting
- Drive all company-wide internal communication activities, responsible for all HR news write up and senior management communication events management
- Coordinate employee engagement activities e.g. Family Day, Company Incentive Trip and be the champion of Employee Assistance Program in managing the service provider


Qualifications –
- University graduate preferably in Human Resources, Business Management or Psychology
- At least 2 years working experience in multinational company, enjoying fast pace, multi-tasks working environment
- A team player, good at project management, able to communicate at all levels of staff
- Proficient in English (oral and written) and PowerPoint applications
