VIE Structuring & Execution Group Analyst, Debt

Concrètement votre quotidien ?
Intégré(s) au bureau de Milan, vous travaillerez sur des missions
concernant aussi bien de nouveaux financements que la gestion du portefeuille.
Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :
- Vous réaliserez une analyse financière et sectorielle sur la base
des due diligences stratégiques ;
- Vous élaborerez des propositions client (pitches) en coopération
avec différentes équipes
(Syndication, M&A,
ECM) ;
- Vous procéderez à l’élaboration et l’analyse
de modèles de financement et de rating ;
- Vous assurerez l’exécution de mandats de financement ;
- Vous préparerez des notes de crédit et de marché ;

Vous gérerez les processus internes lors de
l'exécution des mandats ;
- Vous élaborerez les revues de crédit annuelles, ad hoc et trimestrielles
des deals en portefeuille.

Au
sein de la division CIB de BNP Paribas, l'équipe Debt Markets EMEA (DM) rassemble
un groupe de plus de 100 employés spécialisés dans les marchés des crédits
(structurés et vanille) et les obligations (high grade et high yield) et situés
à Londres, Paris, Francfort, Bruxelles, Milan, Madrid et Lisbonne.
L'équipe
DM regroupe les équipes de DCM, de financement des acquisitions et de Leveraged
Finance.
L'équipe
de Debt Markets à Milan est composée de 20 professionnels.
La
clientèle de DM comprend des centaines d’entreprises actives dans tous les
secteurs économiques, ainsi que les plus importants fonds de Private Equity.

Cette
expérience vous permettra d’acquérir les fondamentaux des marchés mondiaux des obligations
et des crédits. Vous développerez plus particulièrement les connaissances
nécessaires à la structuration, l’exécution ainsi que la gestion du
portefeuille des opérations de Leveraged Finance.
Vous
perfectionnerez vos compétences en matière de modélisation financière,
d’analyse de crédit et de surveillance des risques.
Vous
développerez également votre sens de l’organisation et gagnerez de l’expérience
dans la gestion des relations (internes et externes).
Cette
mission de VIE ouvre des opportunités variées en tant qu'analyste ou chargé

Etes-vous notre prochain VIE Structuring & Execution Group
Analyst, Debt Markets EMEA ?
Vous êtes titulaire d’un BAC+5 minimum
avec une spécialisation en Finance d’entreprise.
Vous
justifiez d'une première expérience (stages et alternance inclus) en Corporate
Banking, Corporate Finance
ou Project Finance.
Vous disposez de solides connaissances du marché des capitaux
(Obligations, Créances) et en financement à effet de levier, financement lié à
une acquisition, crédits structurés ainsi qu’en analyse du risque.
Vous
maitrisez parfaitement le Pack Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Votre
niveau d’anglais est courant. Vous avez un niveau intermédiaire en français et débutez
l’italien.
Vous
faite preuve de capacité à collaborer et à communiquer. Votre capacité à
synthétiser, votre organisation et votre capacité d’adaptation seront autant
d’atouts pour évoluer sur cette mission.

Your
daily routine ?
As
a VIE, you will support the team in preparing marketing and transaction
pitches, deal execution and portfolio monitoring. You will run financial
models, complete financial and credit analysis, sector research, write credit
papers, internal reports and you will learn to structure Debt Markets
transactions and to monitor them throughout the life of the financing.
You
will be expected to participate in different deal teams and work on several
transactions in parallel, which requires good organization skills and a
commitment to work long hours when necessary.

You would be joining the Structuring and Execution
Group team based in Milan as a VIE and report to the local staffing
coordinator. The Structuring & Execution Group is a central component of
Debt Markets supporting senior bankers across a wide range of debt products.
The LFCM and DDM teams in Italy (Milan) are
responsible for the origination, structuring, underwriting, execution and monitoring/maintenance
of LBO and Corporate Leveraged financings (LFCM) and integrated financing
solutions to midcap and sub-investment grade corporate clients (DDM),
respectively. The IG Finance team is specialized on investment grade bond and
loan financings to large corporates. The Structuring and Execution Group
supports all three main teams.
The Milan team combines 20 professionals of LFCM,
DDM and the Structuring and Execution group, covering clients in Italy.

exciting opportunity will help you to train a wide variety of problem-solving,
quantitative and analytical skills.
This
experience will allow you to acquire the fundamentals of the credit/bond market. You
will develop in particular the skills necessary for the structuring, execution
and portfolio management of both High Yield and Investment Grade transactions.
You
will also acquire financial modelling, credit analysis and risk management
skills.
In
terms of soft skills, you will improve your organizational skills and ability to build good relationships
with various stakeholders (internal and external).

Are you
our next VIE Structuring & Execution Group
Analyst, Debt Markets EMEA ?
You have a Master degree with a
specialization in Corporate Finance.
You have gained first experience
(internships and work-study program included) in a
corporate banking, corporate finance or project finance environment, ideally
exposed to corporate credit or corporate finance.
You
speak fluent English. You are also proficient in French. A basic level in Italian
would be an asset.
You
have a very good command of MS Office (Excel,
Word, PowerPoint) and a solid knowledge in Debt Capital Market (Loans, bonds),
Leveraged & acquisition financing, structured credits and risk analysis.
In
addition, your ability to collaborate and your communication skills (oral and
written) will be essential assets. Add to that your ability to synthetize, your organizational skills and adaptability to finish convincing us.
