About the Team
BNP Paribas Group Finance & Strategy, RISK, and ALM Treasury, have set-up a shared team in charge of the Group stress testing, the financial planning and the financial synthesis
By joining STFS team, you will be part of a dynamic, talented and expert team with an international reach
STFS – Stress Testing and Financial Simulations – has for objective to coordinate the strengthening of BNP Paribas’ Stress-Testing and planning capabilities so as to better serve Business Lines, and Group needs and meet supervisory requirement on these matters
STFS is also very committed to the Group’s Environmental & climate risk management, being contributors for quantifying these risks in short, medium and long term
About the job
Within a dynamic team, in a constantly evolving environment, you will be in charge of managing key projects for the organization. These projects will always have a strong functional component. They will be conducted in an agile spirit with STFS experts
Your Main Activities Are
- Lead strategic projects
- Contribute to the 2025 plans of RISK and Finance & Strategy, in particular around ESG topics
- Contribute to the preparation of program governance forums
- Communicate on STFS on its work
- Support and coordinate teams of experts in the preparation of strategic exercises, and internal audit missions or external that require transformation needs
- Contribute to ad-hoc transversal project and initiatives (ESG topics for example)
- Perform and help on the analysis of data
Profile and Skills to Success
- Master Degree in Business Management
- Advanced level of English, both written and oral, is mandatory
- Proficiency in Organization Tools
- Between 4 and 7 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge in:
- Risk Management
- Data Intelligence, Research and Quant Analysis
- Data Visualization, Blending. Analytics
- Skills
- Ability to collaborate / Teamwork
- Organisational skills
- Ability to manage a project
- Ability to develop and adapt a process
