Third Party Lifecycle management IT domain is responsible to develop and maintain IT systems at heart of “Know Your Customer (KYC)” ensuring due diligence, tax and regulatory compliance during the entire CIB client life cycle. Platform is responsible for client onboarding, documentation, data distribution, capturing audit trails.
Within BNP Paribas CIB ITO, the Fenergo Configuration team is in charge of a development of Fenergo workflows and rules for new workflows.

Position Purpose
Provide leadership and oversight for all the Projects and BAU deliveries within Client Lifecycle Management remit. Run projects, which includes providing direction, project planning and tracking, reporting. Unblock technical and functional challenges team will face. Bring oversight and ownership across BA, ADM, Test, APS. Mentor other leads within the domain. Understand priorities of different stakeholders and provide strategic inputs. Question the status-quo, provide coherent alternatives and work towards solutions. Work in globally distributed setup as a first among equals.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Program management
- Be the point of contact for the Offshore deliverables on TPLM
- Someone who has grown from the Technical deliveries and able to unblock the the team during the delivery lifecycle.
- Collaborate and be a glue between all the teams – Local Testing, APS, Onshore to facilitate and lead problem statement, solution and blockers for the delivery
- Able to highlight the risk, critical path, mitigation plan and execute the deliveries
- Report to Onshore and Offshore Management on regular frequency on the actual status
- Able to do project planning, execution, people management and lead by example
Leadership
- Able to assign the responsibilities to the leads on each stream to manage the own deliverables and able to provide the consolidated updates.
- Demonstrate clear motivation to get things done by maintaining the autonomy of the leads, at the same time delivering on targets
- Should motivate the team to participate in following the Agile and DevOps practices
- Able to manage communication well and have good interpersonal skills to influence according to the situation.

- Engage well with stakeholders, end users, interpret and anticipate their needs and adapt
- Able to get the buy-in and convince large audience and agreement or acceptance on the ideas, plans or propositions, even on unfamiliar ideas
