·       The Identity Access Management (IAM) team ensures proper IT Security access control for application user accounts and is responsible for the controlled access management of employees to IT resources including privileged accounts and domain accounts. In addition the team provide people referential setup for regions.

Position Purpose

We’re looking for a CyberArk Engineer - support Analyst. You will be responsible for the maintenance, installation, modification and support of the client's Security Authentication and Authorization access management solutions. Deploying & Administer of privileged user accounts using CyberArk components Should perform the health check monitoring of CyerArk servers to ensure availability. Monitor logs and events for platforms to provide views of misuse or malicious activities.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

·       Setup, Maintain and support CyberArk infrastructure

·       Analyse and fix the Issues

·       Incident, problem and change handling for CyberArk issues

·       Integrate new and existing applications for user authentication with  technology

·       Monitor and tune production processes

·       Coordinates with product vendor for complex issue resolutions

·       Performance tuning of the environment

·       Participate in 24/5 ON CALL support

·       Conduct and review tests of IDM systems to verify performance and quality standards

·       Assist in troubleshooting application authentication/authorization problems

·       Assist in disaster recovery planning, testing and execution as needed

·       Evaluate and apply security patches as needed

·       Actively participate in system architecture meetings

 

Contributing Responsibilities

·       Maintain and support for CA Siteminder, working on INC, CHG, PROBM and other support requests created.

·       Create and support policies, standards and processes.

·       Create and maintain comprehensive documentation

·       Technology leadership around CyberAk and other relevant technologies to the project

·       Participate and provide oversight to the new strategic initiatives at BNPP

·       Technology consulting and leadership for the sustenance and new strategic/innovation programs

·       Able to handle several concurrent projects

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Must have skills:

a)     4 to 5 years of hands on experience on CyberArk product suite

b)     Experience supporting an end to end CyberArk infrastructure.

c)     Ability to troubleshoot complex CyberArk issues and full understanding of tuning and available configuration settings

d)     Experience on CPM and PSM connector customization

e)     Experience in managing Safes, platforms and Owners

f)      Experienced in working with CyberArk Vaults (break Glass & AIM)

g)     Experienced in processing privileged access requests (ADD/Modify/Delete) using CyberArk tool

h)     Perform health check monitoring on CyberArk servers to ensure availability of system to end user

i)       Monitor logs and events for Windows, UNIX and User Identity management platforms to provide views of misuse or malicious activities

j)       Experienced in troubleshooting CyberArk vaulting and password rotation issues

k)     General banking knowledge is a plus

l)       Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

m)    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good to have skills:

a)     Knowledge on ServiceNow, SailPoint integration

b)     Understanding of SAML2.0 and Federation
