Position Purpose
Engages clients and provides a positive client experience for supply chain Implementations as well as ongoing service/maintenance support that ensures client loyalty and revenue retention/growth, whilst also being aligned to the bank objectives such as observing controls and ensuring efficiency.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for Supply Chain Finance technical platform delivery and ensures that solutions are delivered and aligned to client requirements. This will require an ability to actively project manage the tasks and activities (both clients and the bank) required to complete solution set ups and also ensure client readiness to start transacting with the bank.
• The implementation manager must be able to guide and influence the client through the implementation process and also coordinate and align bank resources to deliver the solutions to be implemented for the client. A successful implementation should
- Deliver a high level of client satisfaction
- Ensure delivery within target timelines that are aligned to client needs and which will facilitate and expedite client ramp of activities with the bank.
- Be managed within the process and control standards established by the bank
• Conduct workshops with Supply Chain Finance customers to analyze the requirements and suggest suitable measures to facilitate faster implementation
• Liaise with Customer Registration Team to get the customers on-boarded
• Conduct clients' users training on SCM platform
• Provide on-going service and maintenance support for a portfolio of supply chain clients
• Be engaged in regional and local initiatives to improve and enhance the implementation process
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Technical:
• Preferably knowledge of supply chain
• Experience in a client facing role
• Comfortable with technology and MS office tools . Familiarity with technology and integration
