Office Support Adminstrator - Chichester (Zero hour)

We are looking for an Office Support Administrator to join our Chichester office. Please note this is a zero hours contract with the potential to be made a permanent role. 

Key deliverables

  • Registration and meeting of new buyers
  • Working with the Negotiator to arrange and attend viewings
  • Liaising with potential buyers and arranging viewings/managing diaries
  • Answering and fielding calls and directing to relevant person
  • Maintaining client files and the Residential client database
  • Carrying out anti-money laundering checks
  • Where required establish and maintain trusted relationships with our clients to facilitate and accelerate the on-boarding processes.
  • Assisting with KYC and anti-money laundering processes as required by the Group, liaising with the internal on-boarding and compliance teams where necessary.
  • Co-ordinating advertising locally and with nearby offices
  • Organising direct marketing campaigns
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties as required by the team.
