    Position Purpose

    Position is L3 support for Trade Finance applications managed by APAC IT.

    Role would be to perform 1st level analysis and manage deployments for various applications in scope


    Direct Responsibilities


    ·         1st level analysis of issues reported

    ·         Providing workaround solutions

    ·         Helping APS and BA teams with required logs / information

    ·         Managing / assisting deployments in UAT, pre-prod and prod environments

    ·         Participation in change control board meetings

    ·         Developing small scripts / modules to fix minor issues
