The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises two business lines: a dynamically growing International Operations Centre (SSC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe and local custody & clearing business offering broker-dealers, global  custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland. 

For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic  and growing operation  centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to be a vital part of the expansion in BNP Paribas’ operational scope in Poland.

You will operate in international environment and be a part of one of the largest company within Securities Services sector.


Specialist in Global Data Maintenance Team



Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analysis of fund documentation and establishment of new funds static data in BNP Paribas databases

  • Controls of the exhaustiveness of received files (NAV, Balance, Position) and data required for investment compliance processing

  • Communication with external and internal stakeholders

  • Support of the integration of fund accounting data into the global compliance tool

  • Integration of  files into Cash Monitoring systems

  • Integration of various data into investment compliance systems (indices, ratings, static data etc.)

  • Creation of underlying funds in investment compliance systems

  • Contribution to the effectiveness of daily operations in the Global Data Maintenance department

  • Daily support of database users for investment compliance and cash monitoring data quality related queries

  • Contact and cooperation with global DFS teams

  • Contribution to the completion and maintenance of operational procedures

  • Participation in the internal reporting activities to measure the quality of Depotbank operations

  • Support of the integration of the new client’s operational activity

  • Training of new members of the team.

  • Providing support to Junior Specialists and check work performed by Junior Specialists

  • Administering the effectiveness of daily operations in your area

  • Guaranteeing the escalation of problems to head of department / local management

  • Cooperation on the delivery operational service levels agreed with clients, internally and externally

  • Complying with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines

  • Cooperation with internal and external audit and operational risk management

    We are interested both in experienced professionals as well as fresh graduates. The level of the position will be adjusted individually basing on candidates’ professional experience


We are looking for you, if you:

  •  University degree (preferably Finance or Economics)
  • Advanced working knowledge of English

  • Good knowledge of MS Office(especially Excel)

  • Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills

  • Knowledge of funds and securities markets

  • Highly accurate, dedicated to quality and capability of working under stress

  • Strong interpersonal skills : team spirit and communication

  • Ability to work effectively as a team player

  • Self-motivation and willingness to learn

  • Experience in the investment fund industry or data management will be an advantage

  • VBA knowledge will be an advantage
