- The DevOps Tools support team is in charge of global IT collaborative platforms used 24/7 worldwide in CIB (mainly Tokyo, Singapore, Paris, London and New York) by more than 20 000 users.
- The DevOps Tools team is :
- In-charge of change management, problem management and incident management, as well as interacting with business users to solve application issues while monitoring the operational risks and respecting the costs.
Responsible of the relations with the development teams to ensure the good integration of the systems in the production platform and in the infrastructures, which includes architecture and design, capacity planning, application monitoring and performance & stability enhancements.
