SALES & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT - POLAND
The position level will be adjusted to the Candidate's level of experience
Main Overall Tasks:
Actively contribute to the sales effort by mapping the possible business opportunities within specified prospect groups
Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and ensure high level of client satisfaction
Understand the client’s strategy and requirements to enable BNP Paribas Securities Services to deliver on the client needs
Manage the strategic meetings with the Clients (contributing to the agenda /preparing materials for the Clients / Prospects)
Gathering market intelligence
Client on-boarding & implementation – cooperation with relevant teams (CSM, Operations, Compliance)
Ensure that proper and clean account documentation for each client is in place in accordance with internal guidelines and always kept up-to-date
Contribute to the information and documentation collection as well as to the KYC process
Mapping and produce competitors’ analysis (SWOT)
Contribute to and manage the RFP processes
Contribute to the development of the BNP Paribas Securities Services brand and market reputation
Project management for Growth Markets Region - coordinating the implementation of global projects in the Growth Markets region. Being responsible for the Growth Markets contribution to the global reports & stats.
Starting the business relation and addressing the prospects’ needs
Keep regular contact with the client by preparing and sending Market & Client
Updates and helping in answering strategic queries
Organizing client on-site visits (service review, DDVs, etc.)
Assist in applying for the Credit lines and preparation of the Credit lines file
Participation in regular meetings with Compliance and Client Acceptance Committees
Planning a timetable for the process, filling in the RFP questionnaire, answering strategic question, completing the supporting documentation.
Being responsible for completing and sending out the due diligence questionnaires / AFME questionnaires to the existing Clients
Contribute to the service developments initiatives
Regular preparation of the sales report covering Client Dev current actions and pipeline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to co-operate in teams (internal and external)
Willingness to take ownership and responsibility
Self-motivation, willingness to learn
Attention to detail and accuracy,
Organization and facilitation of meetings/committees/workshops
University degree (economy, banking, marketing and communication studies)
Proven experience in Client communication will be an advantage
Experience in Securities Services or Investment Fund industry
