Senior Property Manager - FTC minimum 6months

The Role

This role is based in the London West End office working for a Director in managing and assisting with the management of a portfolio of properties within a prestigious central London estate.

This is an opportunity for the individual to take immediate responsibility for the management of their own properties and projects and to assist with the account management of a key client of the business. This is a first-rate prospect for a confident, enthusiastic individual.

There is a supporting team of facilities managers, building managers and our 24hr Helpdesk. The role will require liaison with the full complement of property management staff across the business including employees of BNP Paribas Real Estate Facilities Management as well as staff across other business lines such agency, lease advisory, building consultancy and investment agency.

 

Person specification

 

Essential qualifications & experience

·         Strong experience within a commercial property management department

·         Proven experience of direct reporting to property management clients

·         Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

·         Managing lease events, rent reviews and expiries

·         Making recommendations on tenant applications

·         Solid Landlord and Tenant knowledge.

·         Property Management Accounting knowledge – statements of account, service charges, VAT, arrears recovery, etc
