(i.e., first and second lines of defense) to identify, measure, monitor, and

to models-based audit projects and integrated audits. Example areas of focus

Audit Leader – Data Analytics will report to the ERM Senior Audit Manager
Contributes to continuous monitoring activities for assigned
auditable entities and escalates matters that may impact audit cycles
Prepares and updates risk assessments for assigned auditable
entities for supervisory review.
Validates the sufficiency and suitability of business corrective
actions to address audit recommendations for supervisory review.
Possesses an understanding of audit, risk, compliance, banking,
and/or product knowledge.
Executes audit work in accordance with BNPP Inspection Generale
and the Bank of the West Inspection Group policies and procedures.

Bachelor or Master’s
degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance or another related field
Relevant experience in
consulting or the finance/banking industry, with 5 or more years of relevant
quantitative and qualitative data and analytics experience
quantitative analytics, forecasting/predictive analytics
Proven data analytics
skills including: data mining, interpreting results, working with statistics,
databases and using statistical computer languages such as R and SQL
Experience in using data
visualization products and technologies (e.g. Tableau)
Strong problem solving
skills with a positive personality and can-do attitude
Very good verbal and
written level of English with the ability to effectively communicate with
skills and ability to articulate complex concepts in a concise manner in both
written and verbal presentations across all levels of management
Understanding of the
importance of handling risk and quality on data projects
Expert knowledge of good
data management practice and relevant regulations (e.g. BCBS239) is a plus
A drive to learn and
master new technologies and techniques.

Certifications: CIA, CISA, CPA, DCAM, CIMP, CDS
