Position Purpose

PSP is an external sourcing team which recruites professional on contractual basis to meet business demands.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
As a recruiter, ensure closure of open requisition of contractual/external staffing.Managing the vendor management portfolio, vendor governance and VMS tool exposure (similar to Beeline/IQN). Liasing with business to understand their needs and engage with paneled vendors for sourcing. Work on project deliverables from time to time. Take care of entire life cycle of the external staff from request creation to offboarding of the resource.
Contributing Responsibilities
Own responsibility of entire life cycle of the external staffing. Manage external onboarding/extensions/offboarding and resource issues if any.
KPIs to be adhered to and to develop and manage local supplier relationships with the aim of constantly improving service quality vs. cost levels at acceptable level of risk
To build partnership with local Business and Function managers to ensure Procurement’s appropriate involvement in negotiations with suppliers in general
Ensure execution of work order for the resource contracts is in place as per timelines.
To provide managers with summaries of the important points in agreements for them to mitigate the risk of non-compliance.
Follow BNPP internal checks along with review and collation of necessary documents before onboarding including background checks.
Analyse the demand of work vs skills and overall market knowledge
BNPP asset tracking & recovery post exit of external resources
