responsible for the Back Office Operations on Documentary Trade and
Guarantees Operations for the BNPP branches.

supports 18 countries across globe with standard trade applications. The
position is in charge of transverse topics that are key to a global platform
functioning. It also brings standardized approach to the topics such as
Performance Reporting, Business continuity and Compliance.
In PMO function,
it will have overview on the performance and activities of the platform (BAU
Transformation: Identify and lead/support
projects to optimize and innovate Trade Platform. Undertake project
feasibility determination, project planning, governance and presentations to
management on project progress. Challenge and work together with internal and
external stakeholders to drive successful project implementation. Handle
project end to end.
Business continuity: Manage readiness of
business continuity for Trade platform. Manage and perform periodic BCP tests
covering people & infrastructure. Support audit related to business
continuity. Co-ordinate with internal, external stakeholders and Third party
service provider for business continuity testings. Lead Steering committees
and support other governances related to BCP. Publish BCP related reports.
Maintain business continuity documents.
Reporting: Handle periodic operations
reporting to management and onshore team. Challenge and work together with
third party service provider to ensure costing data accuracy. Analyze and
assess KPIs impacts on costing. Publish dashboards and cockpits to management
and external stakeholders.
Production support: Assist operations on
support related to vigilance topics. Support internal and external,
stakeholders on access rights related topics both in production and project
mode. Maintain support procedures and manuals.
Technical & Behavioral
The previous position of the candidate should have
enabled him/her to develop the following technical skills:
Min 3 years of experience within Back
Office operations (preferably trade finance operations).
Previous experience on Compliance
topics and Business Continuity preferable.
Strong communication skills with good
level of written/Spoken English;
Good knowledge of MS office tools
(Excel, Word, PPT)
