About the role
As a Customer Relationship Executive you will effectively manage the development of key Network Partners, ensuring best value and service for our customers and best financial return for our business.
The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for Network Partners with non-standard enquiries, owning and resolving queries and complaints to ensure client satisfaction. You will help drive the financial benefit to Arval from the management of the networks through effective product pricing, targeted productivity and performance measures and adequate business controls.
You will be expected to develop and maintain relationships that motivate customers to change policy in favour of our products and services and you must be able to pro-actively identify process improvements and liaise with internal and external third parties as required to deliver innovative solutions.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in a related area, coupled with proven relationship management skills. Good organisational, planning and communication skills and the ability to be adaptable are a must. Relationships are what makes you tick and you will stop at nothing to ensure your customers are pampered to blushing point.

£18,000 -£19,500 basic salary
