The HO QA team performs process reviews for the HO sponsored projects, publishes reports and dashboards to the stakeholders. This team also imparts process trainings to the project teams and supports during the OPC/IG audits.

Position Purpose

A QAM(Quality Assurance Manager) is expected to perform process reviews for projects, report findings and report to stakeholders the health of the project. A QAM is supposed to be the eyes and ears of the management and give an impartial assessment to the management regarding the issues which the QAM has observed during the QA reviews.


 

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

  1. Understand existing QA framework
  2. Understand s/w project life cycle methodologies (waterfall & Agile)
  3. Contribute to the quality plan
  4. Prepare yearly QA review plan 
  5. Liaise with on-shore & off-shore PM for their availability  for review
  6. Hold review discussions with PM(s) and collected evidences , as required
  7. Scrutinize evidence shared
  8. Identify Projects risks & non-conformities
  9. Publish draft and final review reports to stakeholders as per timelines laid down by onshore
  10. Follow-up to re-assess project risks & closure of Non-Conformities
  11. Prepare monthly dashboards for governance meetings
  12. Coach PMs / Leads on the QA process areas
