Project Manager - GMO Projects and Change

GMO Projects & Change Team is a project team under the COO Global Market responsibility. The team mandate is to address any transformation projects, which impact Operations Teams.

Today, the team is composed of 33 teams members located in London & Paris. To accompany operations Lisbon hub in its transformation & organization, we want to create a Process Expert & Client Relationship Team in Lisbon.

As part of this creation, we are looking for a Project Manager dedicated to Operations projects.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The team member has to fulfil 2 roles depending on the mission:

As a project manager:

  • Lead any projects initiated by Operations Management impacting operations activities / process (new process, process optimization, new organization….).

  • Define governance, roadmap & animate steercos or any other meetings related to the project.

  • Provide project follow up.

  • Work in close collaboration with all the Operations teams.

  • Realize study on processes or organization (as is, pain points, TOM, recommendations / target definition…) & formalize outputs (RACI, workflow, global recap…) to sponsors & stakeholders for decisions.

As an operations representation & Interface with the “rest of the Global Market / ALMT world”:

  • Contribute as Operations experts to structural projects initiated by business partners (FO, IT, BM/Drive, Transversal functions….).

  • Coordination of all OPS teams & representation of the OPS voice.

  • Centralization & formalization of user requirements (SPOC role).

PROFILE

  • BSc degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting

  • Professional experience of minimum 4/5 years in operations or in project teams

  • Good level of English

  • Good knowledge in Microsoft office tools, namely powerpoint and excel

  • Project management skills

  • Understanding of Global Markets products

  • Understanding of Middle / Back offices processes

  • Team player

  • Ability to analyse and summarizes

  • Autonomy and precision
