Having launched our Motor Finance business in 2018 we have quickly established ourselves within the Motor market and have built an enviable, Award-Winning team within our Solihull HQ, Due to continued growth we are now looking for further likeminded individuals to come and join us on our journey.

 The Role

On a day-to-day basis not only will you speak with a broad range of customers, supporting with their queries, but you will also support our dealer network, complete a wide range of administrative tasks and even support our customers with more complex queries including arrears management.

We have a broad range of products including Hire Purchase Personal Contract Plan and Personal Loans and have recently entered the Motorhome market – It’s a really diverse role which gives a great variety to your daily routine.

Experience isn’t essential; if you’ve the right attitude and are committed to delivering a first-class service to our customers, we’ll provide you with the training you’ll need to excel, not just at the beginning of your career with us; also, as you develop and progress.

 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support customers with any questions or queries
  • Complete a range of administrative tasks
  • Speaking with customers and partners over the phone.
  • Offering positive solutions to customers with arrears 
  • To deliver a professional and consistent level of customer service

Skills & Attributes: 

  • Highly PC literate
  • Able to build a rapport with customers
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Self-motivated
  • A problem solver with good attention to detail
