Wealth Manager Belgium & French Market (H/F)
The Wealth Manager is fully committed to the commercial development with a strong focus on acquisition (clients and Assets under Management) and transformation. The new organization enables the Wealth Manager to put his clients in the center of his day-to-day activities. He/she will work in close cooperation with the Associate Wealth Manager, who he supervises, and will be supported by a team of Client Support Officers. The final responsibility for risk, credit and AML / KYC issues however remains with the Wealth Manager.
Interaction external Clients :
Bringing new clients and business partners bringing new Assets under Management gaining referrals of his clients
· Client profiling and servicing:
As an ambassador of BNP the WM has a clear view of all strengths of our offer. He actively promotes the group's offering according to client's needs and expectations;
The WM is an early adaptor and promotor of group's innovations and core values towards the clients (digital, impact investing…)
Excellent follow-up of existing relations, and detect transformation / development opportunities, schedule regular touch points, being available and reach out proactively;
Identify cross-selling opportunities
Interaction internal Clients :
Integrate actively and supervise the Associate in preparation of client's meetings and in global follow-up of existing relations;
Contribute to the Associate's training and skill development;
Final responsibility in (re)certification of accounts and credit files;
Profil & expected :
Strong communication and commercial skills;
Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
Very good oral and written knowledge of French and English, any additional language being an advantage;
Excellent knowledge of overall BNP activities and services;
Excellent knowledge of banking products
Complete mandatory trainings required by Domaine, Territory and Group;
Obtain country manual when contact by phone with clients based in countries outside Luxembourg;
Keeping knowledge in our offering up to date.
