ITGP Digital Working

ITGP Digital Working is responsible to provide IT Services to our clients ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. This function includes Infrastructures (Active Directory, Messaging, Instant Messaging, Desktop ...) as well as elements of the Global Services organization.

Context and Role Summary

Digital working is part of the CIB I&P, searches to ensure the customer has all required CORE infrastructure to work: Operating System Image, Active Directory, messaging and collaboration tools access, print queue management, workstation security, software deployment and Patch management.

Inside Digital Working, Workspace AD area is divided into two teams specialized in Active Directory client and service support. AD I & O team is focused on Active Directory, providing support for all related services: user authentication and access authorization troubleshooting, DNS, delegated administration, LDAP integration, etc.

Position - Tasks & Key Responsibilities

The jobholder will be mainly in charge of maintaining and improving the level of the Windows Active Directory infrastructure platform across EMEA, APAC and AMER regions in multiples forest and multiples domains.

His/her main tasks are but not limited to:

  • Active Directory Infrastructure monitoring
  • Analyse and Improve current Infrastructure
  • Infrastructure Deployment and Patch management.
  • Active Directory Administration task (Account & Group management and provisioning)
  • Monitor performance and ensure system and service availability and reliability.
  • Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
  • Troubleshooting and incident resolution.
  • Active Directory Administration L2/L3 tasks:
    • RBAC based delegation model design and implementation.
    • Automation.
    • Non-Microsoft system LDAP integration /troubleshooting.
    • Systems and services version update following life cycle.
    • Explore, test and implement new version functionalities.
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT members for problem resolution.

Professional Skills, Abilities and Experience

Essential:

  • English language fluency required to communicate complex technical issues with International teams both verbal and written.
  • Strong skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory services including AD Trusts, GPO, DHCP, DNS, Kerberos (SPN) / NTLM authentication / Certificates.
  • Implementation & Patch Management.
  • General troubleshooting & logs management.
  • Skills and working knowledge of Network Troubleshooting.
  • Skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers.
  • An experience of at least 4 years in an Active Directory Administration level 2 is mandatory.
  • Strong skills and working knowledge / troubleshooting / monitoring of Microsoft Active Directory services:
    • Replication.
    • Sites.
    • Trusts.
    • Group Policy Objects.
    • DNS.
    • Authentication protocols.
    • Certificates.
    • Authorization and Integration with non-Microsoft systems.
  • Skills and working knowledge of Disaster Recovery and Auditing processes.
    • Sites.
    • Trusts.

  • Ability to solve problems quickly and delegate or automate processes.

  • Skills and working knowledge of Scripting (Batch, Powershell, VBScript) for tasks automation

  • Skills and working knowledge of System Center Operations Manager (SCOM)
  • Skills and working knowledge of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • Skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers.
  • Skills and working knowledge of Scripting.
  • Skills and working knowledge of Network trace parsing for troubleshooting.
  • Skills and working knowledge of Designs and Implementations of complex architectures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to write proposals or papers and work closely with upper management.
  • Strong skills and working knowledge / troubleshooting / monitoring of Data Management
    • DFSR / DFSN.
    • Authorization.
    • SHARE / NTFS Permissions.
