ITG Identity, authentication & SSO Support (#MITP)

The CIB IT Platform for EMEA is responsible to provide IT Services to our Clients ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. This function includes Global Markets Application Production, Local Territory IT Development, the Core Infrastructure environment including Datacentres, Application Production, Security, Architecture as well as elements of the Global Services organisation.

BNP Paribas IT teams are providing infrastructure, development and production support services to all applications used worldwide by all business lines. There is a great variety of technologies and infrastructures from legacy systems to cutting edge Cloud technologies.

Within BNP Paribas Group IT, the filiere Production Security is in charge of answering operationally to the challenges of cybersecurity with an end-to-end vision and consistently across the Bank.

MISSION

We are looking for an Identity, Authent et SSO Support in charge of Level 1 support for BNPP application owners on our IAM services.

Identity, Authentication and SSO Team provides several IAM Tools for all applications into BNPP group:

•   Repository for human and non-human identities attributes

•   Directory for business or technical Teams

•   Authentication tools and SSO services

•   Automation and Auto-enrolment services

RESPONSIBILITIES

The main activities and missions will be:

•   As Level 1 Team, daily support to BNPP application onwers:

o   Request Management / Level 1 Support:

   Responses to channel Teams regarding standard questions/requests

   Responses to SNOW ticketing regarding standard requests

   Analysis and proposal for non-standard request with Expertise Team support

   Decline request that cannot be processed or submit the necessary changes to the Expertise Team.

   Communication about services event (Incident, Change)

   Continuous improvement of documentation and automate process

o   Incident Management:

   Monitor activity of services to act or alert

   Analyse and correct quickly (critical services)

REQUIREMENTS

Training:

Education Level:    Master Degree or equivalent

Experience Level    At least 5 years

Experience:

•   Expertise in SAML / OIDC / Oauth / LDAP / API Rest

•   Minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience in IAM (authentication and SSO)

•   Technical expertise in IT/Cloud infrastructures, usual products, and technologies

•   Knowledge in Communicating & implementing good security practices

•   Critical mind, good analytical and synthesis skills.

•   Rigor, curiosity, autonomy, involvement, availability, and taste for teamwork.

•   Ability to listen and communicate to convince, adapting to one's interlocutors.

•   Ability to take a step back and formalize needs, write synthesis documents and report on work.

•   Very good command of English (written/spoken).

•   French speaking will be appreciated.
