Integrate the IT FRESH team to support Finance applications and users, collaborating with the daily IT activities and enhancements implementations related to Local Regulatory Reporting systems and processes.
Main activities are:
- Provide support to daily run activities and incidents in Brazil, Sao Paulo region
- Business relationship with internal stakeholders and external vendors;
- Implement Governance Controls and Monitoring in adherence to the IT Governance policies and standards
- Work closely with internal/global technical teams (including but not limited to Architecture, Applications, Middleware, Network, Security) to identify existing solutions and integrations/developments required
- Responsible for high-level solution design and technical scope definition, leading the team in the requirements analysis process, elaboration of functional and technical specifications, monitoring of development deliveries, plan and execution of tests, User Acceptance validation support and, support of the deployment of solutions in Production
- Participation in the whole development cycle in IT Analyst role, provide support to testing, development and business users with listed system issues providing the documentation accordingly
- Follow given methodology of the development, system integration and implementation of new applications and changes
- Propose changes in Information Systems in reactive and proactive mode
Requirements
- Higher education
- Advanced english
- Elicitation and Management: strong skills in gathering, documenting and managing requirements with analytical ability to transform user requirements in systems solutions
- Strong technical skills: knowledge of programming languages to be able to execute queries in the database and analyze procedures when needed
- Ability to work in a team, collaborating with other employees
- Ability to deliver/Results driven: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication in Portuguese and English
- Positive, energetic, flexible and self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills
- Willingness and curious to learn new methodologies, processes, concepts and broaden knowledge
