For our shared services center, Cardif Services, based in Lisbon, our Risk & Governance Department is currently seeking an:
Information Security Officer M/F - Permanent Contract
The Information Security Officer will be integrated in the Risk Management team, she/he will contribute to the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the Global Security framework, notably in the area of Information Security.
She/he will be in charge for the following responsibilities:
Participate in the creation and development of the normative documents and guidelines related with its areas of responsibility, and control their enforcement;
Ensure the development and implementation of an adequate training and awareness plan for the staff, as well as exercises in the domain of Information Security
Develop and contribute to supporting the development of an advanced security and risk culture;
Develop the existing reporting framework and contribute to the organisational committees related to its perimeter of intervention.
Information Security framework
Ensure the consistent follow-up of the risks identified, as well as the actions defined as being necessary to develop the local information security framework;
Contribute to the implementation and development of a mature information security framework in Cardif Services, aligned with the projects managed at a central level;
Contribute to the Group information security control framework, by adopting an internal control framework sustained on the activity best practices;
Investigate and analyses information security alerts and incidents;
Participate in the human and organizational actions associated with the development of the information security maturity, including access control.
Support of the Global Security framework
Advice and support the implementation of the business continuity framework in Cardif Services
Follow up and support the IT continuity framework and its convergence with the company business continuity framework
Ensure the execution of the actions required to prevent the occurrence of data protection incidents;
React to any information security alerts requiring immediate attention and deploy any corrective / preventive actions, including its escalation and reporting.
Degree in one of the following areas preferably: Information Technologies, Business Administration, Audit, Security, etc.
Previous professional experience in relation with information security required.
Fluency in English. Portuguese is appreciated. French is a plus.
