IB Knowledge Management Officer for Global Banking EMEA

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITES:


Archiving

  • Archive former pitch books (at the end of the pitch process with relevant access rights)

  • Ensure archiving of specific slides (company profiles, market / industry studies, trading multiples, transaction multiples, etc.) by the origination support teams

  • Collect “best-in-class slides” along with senior bankers on a monthly basis

  • Update the database of minibios / CV and team photographs every semester and when relevant along with the IB population

  • Update the database of credentials on a monthly basis along with the IB population ; Liaise with CCG COO Office to ensure credentials have been logged previously to the publication of a “flash”1)

  • Liaise with GB EMEA Marketing to ensure latest marketing content (templates, skeletons, etc.) is in the relevant knowledge repository2)

  • Organize, align and maintain the knowledge repository to ensure a smooth transfer of knowledge across EMEA


Communication

  • Proactively propose a communication plan for knowledge management (Echonet, mailing lists, Onboarding managers from the Métiers) with the validation from the head of business lines and the head of European Advisory Group

  • Support the onshore IB teams to deliver this communication plan

  • Develop the culture of knowledge management within IB

  • Communicate on the “10 best-in-class slides” on a monthly basis and relevant content periodically

  • This role does not include answering to IB onshore teams’ requests


Knowledge Management strategy

  • Conduct analysis of data (quantitative and qualitative) on the extraction of information from the knowledge repository and produces dashboards / reporting reports, monitoring the KPIs of knowledge management

  • Align with the onshore IB teams, working towards the objective of developing the knowledge management of Investment Banking EMEA



PROFILE

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Management, Marketing, Engineering areas

  • Fluency in English

  • At least 5 years of experience

  • Previous experience as an Investment Banking intern highly appreciated

  • Self-drive and autonomy

  • Time management and prioritisation

  • Good communication skills

  • Team spirit, collaborative and inclusive way of working

  • Investment Banking knowledge

  • At ease with Electronic Document Management and Microsoft Office tools

  • Basic project Management skills
