The HR Transformation team is responsible for driving change and transformation within the HR Portugal department, leading major projects combining project management expertise with human resources knowledge.



  • Support the successful deployment of strategic projects for the HR department
  • Take the lead on the project management of small initiatives/projects
  • Proactively contribute to the team development identifying improvement opportunities
  • Perform research to support ongoing projects and practices
  • Support in preparing workshops or meetings with internal clients



  • Excellent work ethic and strong Culture fit with HR (collaborative spirit, interest in people issues, sense of confidentiality)
  • Very good analytical, synthesizing and data crunching skills
  • Ability to perform successfully in a strong teamwork environment, within the team and across different teams
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, among others) package basic level
