In the context of BNP Paribas Portugal fast growing pace, the HR Reward team is responsible for all the Compensation & Benefits activities such as Benefits and HR Policies harmonisation and Salary benchmarking, amongst others.



ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Conduct yearly Compensation Review Process:
    • Budget preparation
    • Data quality assurance
    • Close process monitoring with the Business and HR Business Partners
    • Reporting & Certification
  • Control & monitor employee mobilities and job promotions (compensation wise)
  • Conduct salary and labour market research or liaise with external providers to define benchmarks
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
  • Benchmark benefits, and related practices, to ensure appropriate positioning in market
  • Work closely with Group regarding compensation plans or other Group-driven activities
  • Conduct periodic audits/controls, prepare and present reports
  • Contribute to ongoing and to be started projects such as:
    • Flexible Benefits scheme implementation
    • Benefits harmonisation
    • HR Policies harmonisation
    • Job Evaluation implementation
  • Contribute to the HR Operational Permanent Control, by conducting necessary controls and following the established processes
  • Proactively contribute to the team development identifying improvement opportunities
  • Inspire, train on-the-job and motivate the team members



PROFILE


  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent work ethic and strong Culture fit with HR (collaborative spirit, interest in people issues, sense of confidentiality)
  • Independent and with high level of initiative, able to proactively take on challenges and able to deal with pressure and deadlines
  • Very good analytical, synthesizing and data crunching skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude, being driven by results and high performance
  • Rigor and reliability with outstanding organizational and time-management abilities, attention to details
  • Strong presentation, communication and listening skills
  • Ability to perform successfully in a strong teamwork environment, within the team and across different teams
  • Project management skills preferably in HR field is desired
  • Good knowledge of the Portuguese labour law
  • Good knowledge of the Portuguese labour law
  • Fluent in English is mandatory
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) package advanced level
