The position at a glance

This role is to provide support to the HR Business Partners and Employee Relations. 

The HR Business Partner Analyst will carry out responsibilities in the following areas: HR projects and initiatives, employee relations, learning and development, compensation and benefits, administration, internal and international mobility, reporting and controls, HR IS coordination

In detail

·       Provide assistance in the management of employee’s portfolio with one or several HR BPs in their daily mission

·       Contribute to miscellaneous HR projects as a project administrator and co-ordinator.

·       Provide to the HR team analysis and advice on topics relating to processes improvements.

·       Perform regular controls and reporting 

More precisely as support to HR Business Partner

·       Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners on employee life cycle (including maintain employee files)

·       Work closely with the HR Operations team and Payroll to support employee queries

·       Enrich the HR knowledge base open to employees with most frequently asked questions

·       Prepare information for the HR Business Partners relating to compensation, mobility, policies, appraisals, job descriptions and deal with adhoc requests for information.

·       Manage monthly reporting for monitoring and tracking purposes; absence, vacation, remote working, etc…

·       Collate information and analysis as required relating to HR initiatives and requests from the business.

More precisely as support to Employee Relations

·  Assist with Employee Relations cases and tracking, including investigation support where necessary and drafting and concluding legal agreements.

·       Draft new/revise existing employment policies

·       Draft disciplinary/performance/termination letters;

·       Given the vast majority of our clients, both internal and external, are based outside of Quebec and Canada, specific language requirements may apply. Bilingualism in French and English is required.
